[Momentum]

The concept is really awesome. I've tried glowing eyes before, it never looks very glowy. I think you nailed it here.

That is a good point! At first, I had thought hard about how to glow their eyes, and I hit on something. I put a "Glowing eyes" layer on top of the layer set, even higher than the line drawing layer. The way to glow them depends on your taste, but I love "Jeff the Killer (A famous scary face)" so I always try to glow them just like him <3

This looks really well done. I only wish that there was more to her face. Everything else looks like you've spent time on and the details are awesome, but the face. Overall though, this looks just amazing.
